Land Rover Heaven...ripped away!
Hello new to defender2 but registered today to share my woes and get a message out to Landy lovers in the uk!

Our beloved land rover defender 110 station wagon was stolen over night! It was as old as my 7 year old daughter - she is so upset - she can't understand why anyone would do such a thing!

Please keep your eyes peeled for a black 110 with aluminium tread trim on bonnet and sides, reg GU60 XCT

Please share with as many people as you can - hopefully make it too hot to handle!

Yes, posted there this morning.

I hope we do get it back - had from new so it's one of the family!

Probably between 2-4am this morning. Parked on gravel driveway, locked and alarmed. Didn't hear anything though as our bedroom sits towards front of house. Checking with neighbours and business unit to our right. Obviously reported to police but not seen on any cameras.

No but I saw on Landy watch that a 110 was stolen in Chailey last week which is just up the road from me!

Yes - police must know as there is on average 20 stolen vehicles being reported every week.

I know it sounds silly but if we got another 110, I would be worried about it getting nicked again.

Will wait to see what happens in the next week.
