....... From British Gas!
I have a service contract with British Gas for boiler , plumbing , electric , kitchen appliances etc.
Today my toilet cistern started playing up , banging and not filling , so quick phone call to British Gas , within and 2hours a plumber turned up and fixed the faulty washer I the ball cock , not an emergency but dealt with quickly and professionally
Very impressed

Sounds good, although I think by starting a thread on this forum titled "toilet cistern playing up, help!" you could have fixed it yourself in less time than you spent waiting for the plumber to turn up...
