Interesting case -
A CEMENT mixer firm boss was arrested after allegedly placing tracking devices on the cars of his wife and her lover to prove an affair. Steven Brown, 51, is said to have used the matchbox-sized units to spy on missus Nichola and fireman Mark Compton. Married Mark called in cops after discovering a magnetic GPS tracker box under his white Range Rover. Nichola, 46, is said to have found a similar device stuck to the underside of her black Land Rover Discovery. Police launched a probe and wealthy Mr Brown was arrested last month on suspicion of stalking. He was bailed pending further inquiries. The case is understood to be the first where a private individual has been arrested under stalking laws for allegedly using an electronic device to spy on his spouse and her boyfriend. Spying on a person is an offence under the Protection from Harassment Act of 1997. However, it has to be proved the stalking involved “serious alarm or distress” or caused “fear of violence”. A Hampshire Police spokeswoman said: “We have arrested a 51-year-old man on suspicion of stalking.’’ http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/...-wife.html |

Maybe the Range Rover fancied the Discovery and wanted a family of Evoques?

How unfortunate. He only wanted to be helpful, and avoid the two of them getting their cars nicked, while they were parked on the wrong side of town. 1998 Tdi 90 SW,
