From my research it appears only the online version is available, the last Haynes hard copy was made up to 2007.

Download the PDF and go to a copy shop and ask them to print double-sided and bind .....

That was the same conclusion I reached, even brookland books haven't come out with their version of the latest manual. It's difficult to believe that Land Rover wouldn't have a factory workshop manual in hard copy though. |

Thanks, that might be the only option. Hopefully a Land Rover employee can chime in and confirm a hard copy manual was never produced. |

Soft copy is so much easier to control though, just download the latest version for the particular task and print off is required. Take it into the workshop, and bin it when done - it's usually covered in oily thumbprints anyway. |

Supercat's idea is best, print it, thumb it then bin it. Back in the sixties I served my time as an apprentice for a large Land Rover distributor, in the days of hard copy workshop and spares manuals. There were two copies of the workshop manual, one for the mechanics and one kept in the foreman's office. The foreman's copy was pristine and for his use and that of the service manager only, the firing squad was always on hand to deal with any mechanic or apprentice who dared to even think of handling the office copy.
Print it,thumb it and bin it every time for me. Defender 90XS SW Mini Countryman Cooper S Morgan Plus 8 |

A vehicle I'm supposed to be working on also only has a PDF workshop manual and it can be a pain keeping the laptop clean.
The owner did me a big favour by double printing the whole lot and inserting them into A4 plastic sleaves in a 3 ring folder. We just wipe the plastic down each use and we can drop any notes etc. between the pages of any thing we have done that is different. A few pages in the back contain our work to do list, parts suppliers and associated numbers, oils etc.. Cheers, Kyle. |

I download a section as mentioned above and print it.
If it's in good condition if used then I keep it for possible future use. If not, then it gets binned. There are hundreds and hundreds of pages. |

I think this will be the best option I'm still surprised that they went digital format only, I guess I better get with the times. |

Buy a cheap tablet computer from eBay - you can get one brand new for £25 and use it just for your workshop manual. They are wipe clean, small enough to take under the vehicle and at £25 who cares if it breaks
