I was quoted £50 per wheel, does that seem about right?
Appologies for deviating. |

No problem, my local powder-coater charges £40 per wheel and does a fantastic job. The price includes chemical strip, media blast to provide a key, masking to areas to be left free of coating (rear face etc), primer and finally powder coat. Make sure your local coater includes all of these and ask around to find out who is best in your area. There are lots of bad powder coaters out there! Last edited by 1978 on 26th Mar 2016 10:48am. Still available, open to offers.
The wheels (mint condition from a '14 defender) cost me £350, powder coating was £200 (£40 per wheel) and the centre caps were £24.95. They have not been fitted to a vehicle nor had tyres fitted! |

I'm fed up of all of the frankly pathetic offers I've been getting on eBay so I'm reducing these to £400 to go. As you know I am making decent sized loss on these at that price. No offers thanks.
