You are not the only one to wait that long! I will pick mine up on march 5th. One year and 2 days after I ordered it!!! And it definitely was not the idea to wait that long. However like you I have a garage full of bits to bolt on when it arrives. Have fun when it does to you.

Click image to enlarge Quick tidy up of the house today Has revealed to the Mrs the number of things I have bought over the last few weeks Did some unboxing to make it seem like there was far fewer $$ than what the size of the packages may suggest Here is an areal shot of some of the bits that have arrived so far So far loving the Urban Grille and vents etc The Millenium Momo as well as these borderline legal Led headlights |

That is a stunning 110 I really like the greenish tone that Scotia has. Well done sir!
Sorry to hear about the rust issues. Perhaps, to give you some comfort, I noticed the same problem on both my 110's and the 90's bonnet hinges after collection from the dealer. I haven't bothered taking it back though. But that's just me - one, I know both trucks will spend so much time by the sea that the rust is inevitable, and two, I simply don't have time for the back and forth with the dealership. I just treat it with ACF-50 regularly and that keeps it well at bay. It is a new truck though and under warranty, so you should have every right to get it fixed - especially since you have quite a few places around the car affected. Good luck! PS: I was standing next to a G wagon this morning, just over 3 years old based on the reg plate, and it had rust on the rear door hinges. Made me feel slightly better about my Defender MY15 Aintree 110 SW - for sale - https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic82781.html MY16 Santorini 90 HT - sold |

Looks great, but I might be a little biased time to finally enjoy it and start spending money
I'm trying to persuade my mrs to paint her roof black so I'll have to show her the pics of yours. Click image to enlarge Ray My build thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic17615.html |
