Defender horn problem
The horn on my 300 tdi defender suddenly just came on and I had to disconnect it to stop it .the alarm was not active at the time so has anyone have any ideas what the cause might be? Thanks for any help in advance.

check horn switch by removing fuse 2 passenger side if the horn stops sounding you have a problem switch on the steering wheel
horn is also can sounded by the relay R200 driven by alarm with the horn connected find and remove the relay

Thanks for advice Having eventually reconnected horn today have found that all is normal but don't trust it not to go off in middle of night! I want to have detailed look at R200 relay and also horn switch and just replace both maybe. Hopefully find damp corrosion but I don't know where relay is on my 300 tdi csw so any help would be appreciated before I start to look in earnest.
