"Rybrook Group, the £438 million turnover, Warwick based dealer group has acquired the Perrys Jaguar and Land Rover dealerships in Huddersfield and the Perrys Land Rover dealership in Halifax from Perrys for an undisclosed sum.
The dealerships are to be rebranded as Rybrook Copley Land Rover, Rybrook Huddersfield Land Rover and Rybrook Jaguar Huddersfield with all staff being retained by the company. The new additions increase the acquisitive Warwick-based group’s dealerships to 19. Talking about the deal, Henry Whale, Rybrook’s Managing Director said, “The acquisition of Jaguar and Land Rover in Huddersfield and Halifax complements our existing Jaguar and Land Rover sites in the North West. We are delighted to be strengthening our relationship with Jaguar Land Rover Ltd and look forward to the exciting developments ahead. I'd like to extend a warm welcome to our new colleagues upon joining the Rybrook family, their expertise and experience is a valuable asset to our Group.” http://www.motortradenews.com/news/automot...errys.html I wonder if this has anything to do with JLR's intention to have the two brands sold off the same plot in the future. I know that with the change over its was a bit of a pain booking the mrs's dc in to get the diesel leak sorted. Even had to resort to ringing Landrover assist because the computers couldn't book anyone in at the moment apparently. Ray

To say they couldn't book any cars in they seem to have fixed all the problems quickly as its ready to pick up I have a feeling they have only done the diesel leak. Ray
