My intended has no clue as to how many Defenders / Series I have stashed in the workshop, my problem is there is now no room for customers cars

I have a double garage but somehow think the wife would spot it
Once you've had a V8 landrover you always wish you had kept it  once its gone

Morning,
I'm the fourth 'recorded' owner (18/12/2015), the chap I bought it from (offroaddonkey on forum) bought it on 05/05/2015 with the intention of doing it up, same as me. Prior to that it was owned by a chap in Swansea who owned it from 01/08/1998, but according to the log book there was an owner prior to that which must have been LR as it is also first registered on 01/08/1998, so technically 4 but in reality just 1 Apart from that the only paperwork I have are tax discs 31/05/11 - 30/11/12 - 30/06/13 I have one MOT certificate that ran out on 05/12/15 and the MOT history that I downloaded online going back to test date of 27th October 2006 test date 30/11/2006 test date 18/10/2007 test date 15/01/2009 test date 26/02/2010 test date 10/01/2011 test date 12/10/2011 - 2731 miles test date 25/09/2012 - 3036 miles test date 17/10/2013 - 3186 miles test date 04//12/2014 - 3238 miles The speedo display is currently blank, a common fault. I presume the speedo was replaced sometime before 2011 - or it is an incredibly low mileage vehicle ??? I also carried out an HPI check on 20/12/2015 which showed the vehicle as totally clean, no finance, no write off, not stolen etc. Missing parts are the bars above each door - available still from Safety Devices and the Stainless steel side steps, everything else appears to be there. |
