Check electrical earth strap is tight and clean on the transfer box.
Worth checking.

I have had the same issues, which were caused by not proper ScanGauge start-ups.
After disconnecting battery run through fresh start-up/link procedure of your ODB monitor. Janusz

For my UltraGauge it is:
Start-up & Configuration
When UltraGauge is first attached to the vehicle’s OBD-II connector it is immediately powered, as the vehicle’s OBD-II connector is always powered. Once connected UltraGauge will begin scanning the interface to determine the vehicle’s protocol. The vehicles ignition must be in the RUN position in order for UltraGauge to communicate with the vehicle’s Electronic Control Module (ECM).
The ignition must remain in the RUN position during both scanning and gauge discover.
The scanning process typically completes in 1 to 6 seconds. As UltraGauge scans it continues to print asterisks to the screen.

In my case (UltraGauge) I have to wait in RUN position (before start) until it reads all the gauges. Janusz

ps. Disconnect Nanocom and see if everything is fine without it. If yes, connect it again correctly following the manual. Otherwise the reason is somewhere else. Janusz

I replaced the kombi module.

I remember that I could get the tacho back by smashing on my dashboard. Discovery 4 SDV6 Landmark
