Two emails either side of a phonecall to Listers in Droitwich and chuff all has happened re the book. It might have been seen on the desk of the manager but he has since left...... Can anyone recommend a contact at Customer Services to speak to?

The NZ importer has advised our books will arrive at last this week. Regrettably, I'm guilty of badgering Helen, the very helpful lady responsible - but at my age I've learned if you don't ask, you don't get.
