Castillo, your English is just fine, don't worry about that. If you are certain the wiring is correct and it WAS working well, I would contact Martin at Landrieziger and see about getting another module. Mine has been working great at that temperature here in Canada 2010 Range Rover MkIII Autobiography Super Charged (Idris)

i assume the only disadvantage is not being able to block the airflow completely, and given that is not like switching to recirculate, just blocking, can anyone see a reason (other than maybe cost) not to go ahead with this? or any down-side? what about for wading? would this blocking protect the heater against water coming in???
thanks for the thoughts... G |

I haven't experienced any downside yet the convenience and simplicity of using it outweighs the cost. I also installed a snow cowl which would, in theory, help when deep wading. The blocking of the heater box is useful in extended deep wading but again for the amount of time I do that the convenience outweighs the cost.
Hope this helps. 2010 Range Rover MkIII Autobiography Super Charged (Idris) 2003 Range Rover Mk III (Desmond FitzWilliam) 2000 Defender 110 CSW TD5 (CTX) 1992 Range Rover Classic (Lizzy) 1972 Series III 300 Tdi (Stanwood) 1967 MGB GT Every normal man must be tempted at times to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin to slit throats. From the wiring diagram I'm assuming that the resistor that changes the speed from slow to feeble in the circuit is physically located in the fan and not in the switch ?

The stock LR is in the heater box, separate from the fan. The kit has the solid state controller, separate on the outside of the heater box. 2010 Range Rover MkIII Autobiography Super Charged (Idris)

I recently installed this kit also - works really well But it has affected my Webasto The Webasto works fine as normal but unless the fan in on Full - the radio and all other electrics that normally only come on with the ignition all come on - this also includes the DRLs So to work the Webasto I need to leave the fan on Full - this is not a problem as if the Webasto is needed then Full heat is also needed Just curious as to why and how this is happening The Webasto controls are independent of the ignition was it works when the vehicle is parked Any ideas ? |

I would trace the wiring and primary power to ensure that it was installed correctly. They should be two separate systems only linked via the main power of the wabasto when the timer triggers the ignition.
