They look great together!! Enjoy, you're very lucky! Thumbs Up

Am I being nosey in asking why two? Everyday drives? Investment?

It's funny Twisted posted a photo of two identical special build 110 (going abroad) and I thought to myself if I was in the position to afford two would I get two the same or two totally different. For me I think I'd have to have a 110 and a 90.

i thought about getting a 110 and may pick one up in the future depending on how things go , the phoenix orange i will use sparingly for the time being and the grey is an every day 3rd car. I owned a TD5 hard top years ago and then bought a 2011 XS90 a few weeks ago as had always wanted to get back to having a Defender, then after purchasing the orange one i had a chance to buy the corris grey ,so i did and now am selling the XS90
there is no logic in any of the above in reality Thumbs Up

Lovely!

Probably a silly question, but why two Adventure models?

Ignore that...I kind of get the idea from reading the thread.....because you can Mr. Green

As I saw this thread, I thought the same, I would definately have a Spectre replica double cab in the stable. Cheers Simon

\I've seen pics with a winch and the a bar and one with both plus some lazer led bars either side, that didn't look so bad or so I recall, but on its own the soft A bar just doesn't look like its supposed to be there to me anyway, it looks like a ill fitting bolt on 'upgrade'.

That said I don't care much for the Kahns and chelsea truck padded leather jobbies either but I don't buy them so my taste doesn't really matter Smile 3 Landrovers

The worst dilemma with buying an iconic vehicle that has just gone out of production ....is if it goes up in value.
What do you do then? Enjoy the vehicle, or sell and enjoy the margin before the bubble bursts?

If you have two, you win both ways. and if you keep both, you half the mileage cropped up on each.

i would have a matching 110DC in Indus, and convert the 90 into a soft top, in an ideal world....

With those two, I would have short and long wheelbase, two and five seater, hardtop and a pickup. And some way down the line, if I should need to sell one to pay off the mortgage, I would still have a favourite ride for my retirement. 1998 Tdi 90 SW,
2008 Td4 90 SW,
2012 2.2 90 SW,

Heavy Track Raids, 255 MT´s,
Recaro CS´s, anorak, wellingtons
