Thanks Richard. I did find them for £59 outside of Amazon, so wanted to make sure I was getting the best deal.

JB sorry for not responding sooner. The link Richard posted seems to be the one. If you follow the instructions previously posted you will have no problems. If you can remove the steering wheel before cutting the hole it will aid access. I used a junior hacksaw blade (minus the handle) to cut the hole as you have better control. Make sure you mask the dash and drill 4 holes in each corner of the aperture then open up with the junior hacksaw blade.
