"Tool Chest" for Defender 90 Pickup
Hi,

This is my first post although I have found and used some great advice on here over the past few months for new tyres, rims, led lighting and audio mods to my 2011 90 Pickup.

I am looking for a "tool chest" that will fit in the pickup directly behind the cab and be shaped so that it fits across the wheel arches (not taking too much depth out of the pickup section). I want to carry outdoor gear such as a rucksack so ideally it doesn't have to be huge and would be lockable and watertight. Any suggestions please?

Many thanks in advance

I wish people would not make everything out of chequer plate!! I'll need one when the 90 is built, for putting guns in.

N&J build to order so if you want one in smooth aluminium I'm sure they'd do so.

It does need to be watertight, inside a Defender! Laughing YOLO... You Only Live Once...

Just to close the thread, I went for this one but 500mm wide

http://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/221220632721

Arrived in a week and is very well made and looks good. Its been out in the rain and although theres some condensation on the inside, it hasn't let water in as there's a substantial lip with a rubber bead to keep this out.
