Defender 90 MY 2015/2016 fuel tank size

Hello Ryan,

I started a thread on this around 29th Dec '15 and would appreciate some help please.

(You're obviously welcome to review it and I will not repeat myself and others here)

It would be helpful to get a definitive answer to "what is the size of the fuel tank in a MY 2015/2016 90 and how much fuel is left in the tank when the various warnings happen".

Thank you in advance.

I'm new to the brand and loving it right now!

Thank you for your post.

I note your query and can confirm that the tank capacity of a 16MY Defender 90 is 60 litres and the Low Fuel Warning lamp (Amber) is designed to illuminate when remaining fuel drops to 9 litres (2 gallons) at which point we would advise refuelling at your earliest opportunity.

Further information regarding fuelling and warning lamps can be found in your vehicle handbook.
