United Kingdom 2004 Defender 110 Td5 DCPU Stornoway Grey
LR Spider Wiring
Howdy Guys,

Currently at the stage in my now ex-TD5 110 where some of the wiring is getting sorted out. It's semi-hooked up and runs off the ignition key as per normal however the OEM Spider Alarm/Immobiliser is still sat there doing nout.

Is there anyway the Spider system can be run stand-alone?

If not, I may replace the unit and use the OEM wiring into an After-Market set-up at a later date. My barrels are knackered, so without the central locking, there's no locking (need to change them too, but being the later style, they're 3x the price of normal ... DOH!).

Cheers.
