2015 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 Adventure Phoenix Orange
Adventure 110 - job 1 - underbody treatment
First job – Dinitrol treatment

After getting it back from the LR dealership, pressure washed underneath (lots of flaky paint under wheel arches) & took it straight to Ged at Body & Soul AutoWorks (www.bodysoulautoworks.com) in Cardiff for the full underbody treatment….

They stored inside for a few days so fully dry before starting. First put sealer in the panel gaps incl. the well known one between the tub and wheel arches…

Took off wheels, bumper and the aluminium facia plates on the steering and side guards and masked up exhaust and brakes.

Then full Dinitrol underbody treatment (floor panels, chassis, steering and side guard mounting plates etc etc) and cavity wax (box sections, doors, bulkhead) and ACF-50 on all external bolt heads.

Then put back together, cleaned & ready for winter. Very Happy
