Engine turns over but will not firer
Good after noon all Hope some body can give me some advice
Just tried to start the 2.4 defender this morning, the engine turns over but dose not fire, the temperature gauge is into the red but the vehicle has not ran at all this morning so know some thing is a miss, all relays have been removed cleaned and replaced, all fuses have been checked. the temperature sensor has been disconnected and tried again to start but no joy. the sensor has then re-connected,
any advise well come I don't think you understand, these boys killed my dog

Is there maybe some kind of fuel supply issue? Fuel pump, filter, rail etc.

I would not think so as I use the truck yesterday, started first time on the key and only serviced a few months ago I don't think you understand, these boys killed my dog

Check all the relays under the drivers seat. This sounds like a common presentation of when one of then becomes loose. Go and pull them all out and put them back in.
