It makes you realise 'why' they are stopping to make the Defender...though I think they should just suck it up and carry on paying, fix the issues (airbags for e.g)..they could afford to.

I saw lots and lots of Autobiography and Adventure models, though my favourite was a 110 Double Cab, in Keswick/white roof/white Wolf wheels, orange indicators.....basic and rare...loved it.

I did the tour today and saw the calling card you left Wink http://defender90xs.blogspot.co.uk/

Also did the tour today, not bad at all. The 14 minute water leak test was interesting, not long enough in my opinion!

Saw a very nice montacino red 90 with an indus silver roof, looked great. The tours finish on the 19th and production in the 29th, then that part of the factory will be levelled within six weeks. A crying shame.

'beer holder' hahahahaha...Brilliant! Great photo's Very Happy

I enjoyed looking at the completely built Defenders more than anything else, I think.
Certainly a worthwhile trip, though they were very measly with the biscuits!

One of our crew got a ring cover. My watch cover cut the blood flow and I had pins and needles in my hand after half an hour!! Soon took it off!
