Land rover ninety 1986 2.5nad

6 months ago i bought my first car; a lovely land rover 90 (not the first land rover at home (td4)).
She only had 127 917 km (+/- 80 000 mi).

I'm really happy with the car, almost did 10.000km with no major problems.
BUT now she needs some minor work;
- needs a new head gasket
- a new timing belt
- new washers on the injectors

Should i do it myself? And what owners manual/ service manual do you recommend for my 2.5nad ?
