Could it be the puma went bang then they converted it to rhd and flung a tdi I noticed in Spain years ago there were loads of ex pats with rhd cars registered on Spanish plates? Looks a decent motor though wonder if it's puma axels or not?

Does seem strange. Puma bulkhead, old style bonnet, old style dash. Doors with the older style seals along the bottom edge but new doorcards. It makes no sense!

Puma bulkheads are no longer made universal. They make a left hand drive and a right hand drive version now, so I would imagine it would be very difficult to convert. 2002 110 td5

^^
What's the difference? I am trying to picture any features of the bulkhead which are handed, and am failing (at least as far as the mental image of my 2007 bulkhead is concerned)? |

The only Landrover company in Weymouth I can think of (as mentioned in the listing) is primarily a vehicle dismantler. It is quite possible if this is the company mentioned that this is a major hybrid of many damaged vehicles, hence its strange composition.
It certainly looks presentable, but I have to admit I wouldn't touch it with a bargepole. |

Looks so much of a bitsa. Strange that if it was a Puma that they reverted to the tdi dashboard, even pre Td5 2002+
It does sort of give me thoughts to those tdi300's that were still being produced for export only that you sometimes see pop up occasionally but I did think that they were all LHD but I may be mistaken. No matter now as the listing has been removed. Another thing that I noticed that ages the whole motor is that whilst there's electric window, door cards at least, the extra keys hanging from the ignition look like the short door keys, so how does that work? |

All the holes for steering column and pedals. Pre puma the holes were cut both sides and blanking plates screwed on the appropriate side 2002 110 td5 |
