Smart but can never understand the fitting of the rear windows to a USW, why not just get a CSW

All the same tax after sept 2010 ...
All defenders 90,110 & 130 (csw, utility, flatbed, van, cherry pickers etc) - registered after Sept 2010 are commercial road tax £225 Last edited by bpman on 6th Jan 2016 8:41pm. Edited 1 time in total |

USW is £230 tax as its a van. CSW is a car so £500 ish I think. All commercial vehicles though.
USW van status is good for a number of reasons in a business with personal use context that a CSW doesn't benefit from. Sorry for the post unrelated to the sale though. Really like the look of your truck (those wheels are back on my wish list!) and good luck with the sale. COTAG 4x4 Response 2015 XS USW Corris Grey on DF MTR's |

I pay £225 road tax on 2.2 tdci 110 SW. I think the utility means you can claim vat back on business vehicle.

^^^^^ I agree with that. Plus the BiK for a utility is £K's cheaper than a SW. Hence why they are more popular with businesses than SW 110 D250 SE HT
