Does anyone know why the Exmoor Trim E-Sports Seats are no more ?
I wanted to order some from Craddocks and they said they have been discontinued they looked like a good replacement seat, I will have to look elsewhere now, ideas appreciated. 1998 90 50th Anniversary 4.0 V8 2016 90 Adventure 2015 Range Rover Sport 1971 Range Rover 2 Door Wife won't let me have any more...!!! |

I think there was a general consensus that they were (at best) based on the Corbeau Sportline RRS at worst copied. So if you want the same look, but the better brand either go to Corbeau direct or find a leather/stitched upgrade on LRI.

Can never make my mind up on these, think Kahn spoilt it for me with the tweed versions.! Luckily I have the premium seats so at the minute I am trying to avoid reading threads about seats....in case I get ideas Andy

Having sat on THE best version of the Premium seats yesterday in an Autobiography Defender I can say they are VERY comfy and soft, but they just don't hug your body and hold you in place enough, the seat squab offers little leg support (it's a very short seat cushion on these and the Std XS half leather ones) and no thigh support, and the seat back although sculpted, doesn't hold you on the seat, there's no shoulder support.
With these Corbeau seats they really hold you in place, you are IN the seat not sliding about ON the seat. 2016 D4 HSE 1998 110 TUM HS FFR Hard Top XD WOLF 1982 Series 3 SWB Petrol |

Thanks for that it is strange they have also disappeared from their website so I expect thats the last of them?
The LRI are nice very nice indeed, I would love some Recaro's but can't justify spending that much so I might wait for the 2 for 1 January sales at LRI instead 1998 90 50th Anniversary 4.0 V8 2016 90 Adventure 2015 Range Rover Sport 1971 Range Rover 2 Door Wife won't let me have any more...!!! |

How are these Corbeau seats for the more chunkier members here? I've dropped 8 stone in weight but i'm still weighing in at a hefty 20 stone 1lb.

Less about weight, more about girth, specifically in your back. I'm only 5'8" and am only 13st but have a 44" chest and very wide back. I tend to sit forward, arm on sill etc. But if on a long drive and pushed back, you are certainly well locked in place. Worth trying before buying I would suggest. However, mine are super comfy. Also great in the Alps when haring round corners and hairpins..... Monsieur Le Grenadier

There are a couple of previous threads on this,
I ordered some direct from Exmoor when they first came and after 8 weeks was told there was still no sign of them due to some quality issues. I cancelled the order. Got back in touch in them a couple of months ago and they told me they had been discontinued but something else would be coming out 'in the new year';. |

I originally tried Exmoor trim in late November they said they were out of stock thats why I then went through Craddocks to see if they had stock.
Camelman did you bother getting any other seats or no. 1998 90 50th Anniversary 4.0 V8 2016 90 Adventure 2015 Range Rover Sport 1971 Range Rover 2 Door Wife won't let me have any more...!!! |

There are some Corbeau seats being advertised in the most recent LRO and sold through Britpart, they're £995/pair which seemed quite cheap.
