Which Winch Bumper?
I'm toying with the idea of fitting a winch onto Monty but all of the winch bumpers i've seen look rather hideous i'm sorry to say. I want something that's aesthetically pleasing and understated, not one that screams 'winch bumper here'. They're either too tubular or too chunky. What i'm after is something like the one pictured below which i'd buy in a heartbeat if they hadn't stopped making them. Can any of you guys help? Have you seen anything similair to the Massai one in the image below? Thanks in advance.

I've been looking at these for a long time and can't find anything that comes close to looking as nice as the Massai one. It will blend in well with how my wife's 90 will look upon completion. The trouble is I don't want anything that looks too bulky or cumbersome or sticks out too far. Thanks for the link though Thumbs Up

Have you seen the mantec ones? Theyre the most original. Even take bumper end caps etc.
Theyre what land rover themselves use. Cheers, David

Devon 4x4 make the nicest ones. Had a Mantec before and it snapped, so wouldn't bother with one of those.

Devon 4X4 Clubman standard ends does the trick for me. it looks just like a standard bumper but with the winch mount. It is very well built and unlike the rest, it has decent recovery eyes built in for attaching the hook too or a shackle when doing a Triple line pull.

That looks really different fair play but I really want the Massai one. I've been in touch with na guy from the States who supposedly has them in stock, i'm trying to get him to ship here in which case i'll be as happy as a pig in the proverbial.
