For the first time...
In over six months, I was able to spend a bit of quality time with my Landy... Thumbs Up

The K-Special starts to receive some love and attention since taking delivery in October - and I have managed to fit in its first 1k miles since then too... Whistle

Fitted some 'special delivery' Blind Spot mirrors, the Intermittent Wiper Relay, I have had for too many months, and checked out the UltraGuage fitted with a new 'Special Loom' courtesy of a certain member of Admin... Bow down

It was a lovely afternoon, warm and dry and felt really good to be pottering around my Special for the first time since it was finished... Mr. Green

That Wiper mod was the best thing ive done to a defender in terms of every day use. Something I never thought i'd need and found myself using all the time once I had it.
110 Still looks great Rog Thumbs Up

Thanks Tom... Thumbs Up

The wiper mod was too easy to do and equally easy to set up and adjust... Whistle

To be fair, with very little use to date, it is not hard to keep the Special looking smart... Mr. Green

I don't know what you mean Pete... Whistle

Yes, really pleased with the mirrors, although it was a bit of a sod getting the old ones off... Razz

As you can see, I went with one of each in the end, but have not yet tried them out on the road... Mr. Green

Intermittent wiper relay is a no brainier !

Also went for the floor heater deflectors, a steal as well.

Door handles not too cracking lasted 8 months, and ended up going for some leather ones that are a 100 times better than standard.

We all have our keepers!

Hi Rog, hope you had a good Christmas and all that!

As for the above, no changed the originals to the MUD UK ones.

They only lasted 8 months, originals were digging into my thigh so went for flexible ones.

Did find a use for one of the originals on the MSS Drawer! Thumbs Up

Happy Days Rog.
