OK, I think you are probably right, even though the accompanying letter from Land Rover Australia says "As one of only 400 Limited Edition Defender Heritage owners..........." Probably copied from a UK cover letter.

i've had some correspondence with others about fitting the M&M covers. Let me know if you want to share some ideas.

Agree with you Tony, a standard form letter not adjusted to reflect the true delivery situation in Australia. But at least we got the books which is nice.

As for the M&M seat covers I've just finished fitting them, & it turned out very nicely once I worked out that the jump seat base covers are handed left to right. They do not fit in reverse. The only other slight struggle was getting the front seat bases back in with the covers on. The knot on the tie strings can't be too large or it prevents the dowels seating far enough in to click the seat into it's slots. Needed a shower after installation as it was hot in the garage.

Cheers Nigel

HUE166 tag is on the other side to original seats, but the side phone pocket has to be on the inside. No problem.

Need to redo the spare wheel cover as it is still a little crooked & not quite on correctly. I had run out of energy to get this to fit properly. I'm sure the wrinkles will fall out & am pleased with the quality of these products, especially with all the pockets for paperwork, maps, phone & things.

Hi Pickles
The dealers can't even get the ones for owners on time.
It wouldn't surprise me if some don't get them at all.
Got to hope that some make the open market once the cars are all delivered.
