[Wanted] Broken defender transfer box or intermediate gear
I need an intermediate gear for an LT230, and also the input gear. It is for a 1.4 ratio (300tdi) defender lt230.
Does anyone have either a 1993 or later broken transfer box that these two parts could be salvaged from, or alternatively have them left over after a high ratio 1.2 conversion?

You're in luck. Came out of my 1.4 transfer box IIRC - the input shaft (pictured left) was knackered because of the common R380 ailment of having (ironically) an oil seal that sealed oil. So been used (box had ~120k on it when it came out) but from a quick look the intermediate looks OK.
