Removing rear quarter-light windows
How easy is it to remove the rear quarter-light windows? I have usw panels on my Defender 110 and want to go back to the original csw panels with windows, I only have one pair of quarter-light windows which are in my current usw panels. 1999 Land Rover Defender 110 td5 station wagon

Only thing about the vid is they likely didn't care if it broke or not, but short of cutting through the rubbers and refitting with new ones I cant see any way to 100% mitigate that risk. 3 Landrovers

It wouldn't be the end of the world if I broke one, I got a spare glass panel but no rubbers. How about fitting them in the new panel, is that easy enough? 1999 Land Rover Defender 110 td5 station wagon

That video is Dave from VGS, and he did the same on mine when he did my panoramic glass, it was out in seconds. 2016 D4 HSE

I believe at least the older ones have a cord you can pull out first from the inside and then the glas comes out very easy. Roel

Use plastic bike tyre levers or treat your missus to some new wooden, spring type clothes pegs,(I used pegs when I swapped my front screen a few months back Thumbs Up ).And gently prise the rubber seal from the inside using remaining levers/pegs to stop it popping back on.Use (insulated) wire and soap to get it back in....and an extra pair of hands. Pov.spec,ftw. 2006, 110,TD5.

Not as easy but anything with that kind of simple seal set in an inflanged edge is potentially vulnerable.. Thankfully the location and the fact that the alpines do not give access to a nearby door lock does not make them so attractive to your average tea-leaf. Steve.
