I'm after a new watch and this seems to fit the bill. My current Casio Protrek is now on it's last legs and being 5-6 yrs old it needs replacing.
Does anyone have this particular watch? If so what do you like about it? Is this the best place to buy? Price wise it's the cheapest. But I can get an all black version from the US for £120. http://www.cocomi.co.uk/casio-pro-trek-prw...oCLavw_wcB 110 D250 SE HT 110 USW SOLD RRE HSE Dynamic Gone, wife killed it VOLVO XC60 R Dynamic with some toys Polaris RZR 900XP SOLD |

Hello
I like the g shock style and years ago had a pro trek, however no idea on the new ones. I know this is more but my brother has had this for years, very neat and looks like new even now. http://www.watchfinder.co.uk/Tissot/T-Touc...Al238P8HAQ if anything they keep the price as he paid much less... Its very neat the way the dials 'float' when you touch it and it goes into compass mode etc... |

I have a Tissot T-Touch... excellent watch and available in steel or titanium with metal or rubber straps; also have a Suunto Explorer, had it about 10 years now, light with good clear functions and well built. Finnish brand, worth a look http://www.suunto.com/en-GB/About-Suunto/Company-info/

Oooh, watch chat, love it.
I second SimonJ's views on Suunto. This is my day to day mountain watch. Love it. http://www.suunto.com/fr-FR/Produits/Montr...tegoryId=0 Garmin do a good alternative. Then if you like robust consider Luminox. Have this watch's predecessor. Bullet proof. And with brighter dials than a Defender's headlights. https://www.luminox.com/watch-collection/s...-3051.html I have the 1995 version of this classic Diver's watch. http://www.citizenwatch.com/en-uk/watches/...BN0000-04H I kept my G10 when I left the army, timeless. http://www.cwcwatch.com/collections/genera...tery-hatch And as a niche watch, I have my beady eye on this for a stocking filler. Very, very rare. https://www.tsovet.com/shop/men-s/dw1311040-45.html Good luck.... Monsieur Le Grenadier I've not been everywhere, but it's on my list..... 2011 Puma 110DC - Corris Grey |

Took a peek. Looked at Suunto, they had my last watch the 'Vector'. The pre sale price was extraordinary. Here's their site: http://www.creationwatches.com/products/su...-6478.html Here it is direct from Vector. And they're cheaper http://www.suunto.com/en-GB/Products/sport...tor-Khaki/ Something not quite right.... I too like a G10. A no fuss watch, stands up to some abuse. Liking some of the suggestions for a smarter "going out" watch though! |

For weekend and sports I do like the look of the Casio range of G shock's prices seem to vary all over the place.
This also looks a nice rugged watch with outdoor features suited to a Defender driver http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/121799935236?_tr...EBIDX%3AIT For a work watch and during the week I still have my heart set on an Omega. Just need the money tree in the back garden to start producing.... Love watches ! |

What Omega did you go for.
I would like this Click image to enlarge The colour mean things to me, and still looks sporty / sophisticated. I almost bought one earlier this year but just couldn't justify the price.... I had it on my wrist in my local jewellery shop... one day !! Keep telling myself its sort of an investment. |
