Do you always drive Defender?

Hi guys, Do you always drive your Ds, city and camping, off-roads?

I Used to always use mine, but lately I found myself more driving wife's Honda, when it's available (some info, if needed: carsintrend.com/2016-honda/)
You know, AT, all this safety features and nice seats Smile

Getting to the wild is still fun, but not all the time.
Am I getting old?

Do you have a normal city car, maybe even a compact? For Sale: Parachute. Only used once, never opened

Both the mrs and myself have defenders as daily drivers but I do have a few mk1 golf weekend cars to play with occasionally. But saying that the golfs haven't been out of the garage for a year or two now Laughing Ray

We have Defender, Disco4 and Evoque.

Defender is first choice unless it's a long journey or need more than two seats. Only other issue is that I don't take it anywhere I have to leave it parked up, in case it gets nicked... Confused

Cheers

Simon

Defender for local trips is my favourite. Discovery 3 for longer drives and more seats, it's comfy too Rolling Eyes

No, but very often!
I have done way more miles in the Defender than any other car this year, just because I love driving it. Summer and winter holidays, the journey to work, and errands. Towing, transporting, greenlaning and itīs great in town - a 90 fits in almost any parking spot (apart from one or two low garages). 1998 Tdi 90 SW,

110 is my 'daily' when I'm not cycling into work. 110 used for commute, Laning, shooting, holidays, towing stuff and running around.
RS4 for the missus, though I drive it if we go out together.
V8 90 is being built and will be used as a run around when done

I drive my Defender more than my FFRR as most of my journeys are local, if it's a long family trip we go in comfort.
For work we have a Skoda VRS which is a great motorway muncher.

Re: Do you always drive Defender?
In a word - Yes... Thumbs Up

It is my only motor, my wife has a golf, long or short journey it has to be the Special, I did not break the bank to have it sitting around unused... Whistle

That said, for reasons properly outside my control, I have only clocked 700 miles since picking it up in October... Mr. Green
