Seems to me to be a very odd choice of base vehicle for that build, and I would have thought that many more suitable platforms than the Defender were available. I wonder why it was chosen.
I hope that the finished product's performance is as impressive as its appearance. |

There are details and pics posted elsewhere on here about it. I saw is about 12-18 months ago at an LR indy - they were trying to get it driveable. At the time they had something like 150kg weight on the front bumper to keep the nose down - and it still would not turn corners.
The water tank it right at the very back ... behind the rear axles, so as soon as they fill it with water the nose lifts!! |

I bet that has a worse turning circle and is harder to park than a Jumbo Monsieur Le Grenadier
