There are several ads appearing on eBay which, on the face of it, seem to be offering some rather attractive bargains in the Defender market, has any one else noticed?
For example, items numbered: eBay Item No. 272059401910 eBay Item No. 221953448677 eBay Item No. 221953448593 eBay Item No. 221953448515 Or, am I missing something? |

Theay scrape legitimate ads off the internet, then repost as their own

Yep all scams - if its looks too good to be true, it normally is. I suspect they are all from the same place given all the ads end with the same wording "Please leave your email and phone number and I will send full specs and photos.Thank you!" 2003 Defender TD5 Hardtop (current - work in progress)

Just keep reporting them via the link on EBay.
If they get something like 10 reports, EBay pulls the plug on them. Or just tell the seller your interested, and spin them a yarn for a few days...  80" 80" 86" 88" 90"

Mmmmm, I've seen a few of these before, also I've even been drawn in to enquire about one previously, It was an ad for a mini digger, as soon as I spoke to the bloke I could tell it was ****ocks, but even so, I was fooled enough to make an enquiry.
