Has anyone got any of these fitted?
I've seen a couple of pictures on here but can't find them now, if anyone has got some or has any pictures I'd appreciate it.
Also, I know they don't use std nuts, are they available or do you have to fit longer studs to the hubs?
cheers

Not the best photo but all I can find to hand.

If you want any more let me know and I'll see what I can do. I'm away at the moment.

As for nuts, you'll need to get ones that fit and they have a crush washer with them too.

I can't remember the name of where I got them but I'll have a dig and PM you it if you want. 2006 Defender Double Cab- Zambezi Silver

Hi both, yes that's why!
They look like they need a total refurb tbh but might be worth a punt. The seller has some of the wheel nuts but they are very rusty from the picture he sent. The only new nuts I could find are from Wrington at £160 a set. I know they're quite rare and strong at 1400kg each, just wondered if anyone's got a set fitted.
Airpusher - any details would be great but only if you have time when back, I could do with a side on pic though if you can. Much appreciated Thumbs Up

I got the nuts from Euro4x4parts.com, part number was PER2170. I got enough for 5 wheels and they came complete with the washers. It was about £100 ish! But that was a couple of years ago.

I'll have a look for some more pics if not I'll pop up to it and take some.

I got mine refurbed but they where a lot cheaper than the eBay ones but no tyres. 2006 Defender Double Cab- Zambezi Silver

Cheers again.
So the wheel debate goes on inside my head! I've spoken to the seller - he won't split the set - 6 TX wheels, 4 with tyres, then a spare modular with tyre for £350. He's shown me his nuts (oooer mrs) and they are well rusty. The tyres are 245/75/16 Kumho's. I'd just sell those on along with the spare wheel.
I've not had a quote back for refurb but I'd guess at £50 per wheel.
What do you recon then? Worth it?

Great wheels! If they are the set I think they are that were for sale elsewhere earlier this year, the bloke has come down on price massively! He originally told No no less than 500 quid plus shipping so I didn't bother. Bargain at £350!

They're probably great but- 350 for all the wheels etc, then 100 for the nuts, 300 for the refurb, then I'd probably get 150 for the spare plus tyres, making it £600 for the wheels. I'll have a think. Neutral
