Not *that* cheap. The go to standard budget dash cam is the g1w, and that's only £40. All depends on the quality of footage

Those dash cams are generic all made in the Far East and badged according to customer. Aldi has been selling the same ones as had Liddle for £29.00.
A quick look on Amazon or eBay comes up with dozens of them, all the same, some costing only £12.99 For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at.. http://www.youtube.com/user/conwy1 |

They usually come with an instruction book translated into English by a Chinese kindergarten kid.
