Out of interest I priced one up on the LR configurator, it came to 62k with lots of options.

I think I'd rather have a proper Range Rover the same same money, a year old. 2016 D4 HSE

If I won the lottery I'd buy one in that exact same paint job. And then I'd burn it. -------------------------------

I am not saying I don't like it but does it look like an A3 to anyone else?

I love it because it is built by BritishSkilled Labour in Britain and the employees pay tax in Britain and JLR pay NI and Corporation tax in Britain, I'll never buy one but I love seeing them, their hard roofed versions and Disco Sports passing through Runcorn station by the hundreds off to the docks for export.

British manufacturing at its best, we all should be proud of Halewood and its skilled employees, don't forget that at one time Ford haemorrhaged daily making Escorts there and nearly closed the place. 130 Puma HCPU with an Artica 240LR Demountable Camper

I'm sure there are many people involved at the factory that are skilled but the very nature of modern production line assembly means that the work is unskilled. The skilled dimension of the work task is designed into the machines.

I had a Freelander Sport TD4 years ago that was a convertible,...in fact 15 years ago.. Yet it still had a boot for dogs and camping stuff.

I like it, will see loads dropping the kids off around Kings and Queens in Chester Smile

Or will I, most of the Yummy mummy's have the full Fat RR, not sure they would down size...
