T28 Hybrid Turbo

Has anyone had any experience with these turbos?

No experience with that particular model but...
I did buy a replacement cartridge for my 300tdi earlier this year from NKK Turbos and it has been spot on - well put together and sweet as a nut. I'd trust them. Someone will be along shortly to tell you otherwise, there always is!

No experience of that particular company but a mate bought a 300tdi version with the same T28 mod from Turbo Centre Uk and it's an impressive bit of kit. Combined with an uprated intercooler and fueling tweaks it pulls very well!

IIRC they quoted me £420 for a rebuilt version on an exchange basis last summer although I'm yet to bite the bullet and buy one.
