From Sawtooth Alloys with 30mm Spacers to Wolf rims,
Hey peeps, Got a 1984 110, Currently run Gen Sawtooth alloys with 30mm spacers, Run summer and winter tyres and want a second set of wheels so I just change the wheels when needed. Im torn between either Boosts or WOLFs.

Now I know the Boosts I will need the spacers for but what about the Wolfs. Will it be ok to run the Wolfs with the spacers. Know I will need Steel nuts for them as well.

There's no reason why you shouldn't run the HD steel rims on spacers if you want to, but you will (as you comment) need the correct steel-wheel nuts for them.

The Wolf rims require a higher torque on the nuts than alloys but there will be no problem, provided that the spacers are of acceptable quality (and you wouldn't be using them if they weren't).

If it's easier for you, I'll collect the sawtooths and spacers to relieve you of this dilemma. You can be safe in the knowledge that your wolf rims are fitted directly to the hubs....!

Its for the best...!
