I know I a very good place for a Sunday lunch and maybe able to book a table and its about 15-20 min drive away from the gorge here TA9 4HJ but its not a pub but a garden centre so loads of parking and just off the motorway for everyone to chip off after but I don't mind if someone knows somewhere nice? |

Ok so we have the following:
Defender-Stu (Me) - D90 Fabio - D110 EWS - D90 Claydiggermud - D90 And a maybe from: TJ101 - D110 JAYBOY - D90 Larry - D90 Rich Broom I was thinking say meet at Cheddar Gorge (Car Parks Up The Gorge) for say 11am for a chat and pics then on to Sanders Garden Center for a nice Sunday Dinner but if on the day or before we spot another Sunday Roast Venue then that's ok with me. On the Way to the the Roast there is this place to park up and have photos with a nice back drop: Click image to enlarge Last edited by Defender-Stu on 3rd Nov 2015 1:50pm. Edited 1 time in total |

The nicest roast in the area has to be at the nelson arms in churchill. Not too far away from cheddar. you can drive up cheddar gorge, along the B3371 then down Burrington Combe.

That's a bit too far for me on that Sunday, plus all that way in a defender, dear god. Around Taunton I can cope with. Trouble is I spend me weekends in me luv pad down cornwall, but even the cornwall boys are over an hour away.
