Useful head rest extension

I have the half leather heated Puma XS seats, but when you recline the seat a bit (with the help of no bulkhead and seat risers) the head rest is miles away from supporting your neck and head, and I just found this on ebay, looks just the ticket.

Has anyone got something similar?

Or, just had a great thought, has anyone fitted different head rests from other LR models that tilt towards your head?

The Range Rover ones do this well, and the Disco 3/4 and RRS ones are very supportive.

I wonder if the support posts are the same distance apart. Guess I could go measure mine!

I just measured the front and rear head rest stems in my Range Rover and they are about 1 inch narrower than the Puma seats sadly.

Anyone got a Disco 3/4 or RRS and can measure theirs? 2016 D4 HSE
