265's I think. Not sure if to go for ZU's or Terrafirma Daka's, (11mm v 33mm offset!!!!!!).
Now got to check out who will do the best deal.

BFG or general?

Just when I thought I had it sorted......
I want to run 265's and fill that wheel arch as previuously said, but I have been told by a well known off road company that the Terrafirma Daka wheels will give me an identical off set to the standard factory boost rims and if I want to go slightly wider then the ZU would give me that little extra.

Is this true? I want to get it right as I don't want to be changing for a while. Are there any other options??

It is all in the offset.

Land rover Boost alloys have a offset of 35/36ish (someone correct me if I am wrong)

My Tx alloys are offset 11 which means the wheel sit about 25mm further out than standard, thus filling the arches.... but not so far that it fouls the arches.

Other option will be to go for the Terrafirma and fit 30mm spacers..... I thought that the Zu's were pretty much standard offset too?

Glyn

ZU's are 11mm offset - same as your TX's.

Hmmmmm, maybe I should have made more of an effort on the 'redneck' look, 20" lift coming up!! lol.

Unfortunately the price isn't pretty..... I can't remember exact price but roughly £200 a rim..... but they are the ones I wanted and it was to treat myself when I got back from Iraq. It was a good price though as I found only about 3 places that sold them in the UK and one of them wanted £250+VAT per rim!

As long as the wheels have a 11mm offset like the Tx or Zu you will get the 'full arch' look without the hassle of it being a bit too far to interfere with the arches on full articulation (I know mine would deffo rub if they were out any more as they just kiss the arches on cross axle at the moment.

Jim - that's a proper motor!

Not sure it really passes the pedestrian impact test though: if they're not taken out by the front towing pintles or the winch or the A-bar, the bonnet ironmongery will get them for sure Thumbs Up

What snow cover have you got on the heater intake? One that started out as a 2.4 TDCi 110 XS
