Not so Mash, those are not 'Wheel Driven' examples... The video clearly shows no modification is required to achieve track driven status... Rog... The GREEN One... MY2016 Urban Truck Build Thread - http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic40548....al[/color] |

Regardless of cost I would bet as a guaranteed fact they'd somehow be illegal also.

Think you can simply ask Urban Truck, they may even spray them in Keswick Green for you... You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation. http://youtu.be/yVRlSsJwD0o https://youtu.be/vmPr3oTHndg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_GtzTT9Pdl0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABqKPz28e6A https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLZ49Jce_n0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XvAsz_ilQYU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8tMHiX9lSw https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dxwjPuHIV7I https://vimeo.com/201482507 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZSixqL0iyHw |

Not wheel driven, but just stumbled across this... (the tracks appear to bolt on/off in place of the wheels)

Might be more accurately described at tyre driven rather than wheel; would like to see what happens in a traction control defender when the tyre/roller interface loses grip. |

if it traction is lost between the tyre and the track, the tyre will spin faster, the TC will brake the wheel and it might regain traction?
