2013 Defender 90 Puma 2.2 SW Santorini Black
Tinting the Heritage windows
Anybody else going to do this on a 90SW. Just wondered if it will spoil the look. But really need the rear blacked out for privacy reasons

Roller Blinds are quite a 'classic' look! Very Happy

I had my Keswick tinted in a 50% tint... not as dark as most so retained the look outside but also gave some 'privacy'... YOLO... You Only Live Once...

Hi forest, I went with the street legal tint which I think looks good against the Grassmere. The following is a comparison of the tint in the 2000 110 & HUGH:

A strong tint will give you potential issues with regards to your view through the rear view mirror. This is due to the reflective properties of the film applied. Once fitted and looking through the rear view mirror especially at night you get a good view of what's in front not behind.

Personally, I would steer clear of the squealer and have it done elsewhere... Thumbs Up

You should be able to find a suitable specialist near you, probably the same one use by the dealers anyway, or you could try somewhere like Urban Truck who have a top notch specialist on board who knows all the options... Mr. Green  Rog... Mr. Green

yes got limo tints on my current my12 90xs sw and yes they do reflect. Like you say more of an issue at night, but it doesn`t bother me
