We did the Inca trail for a local charity. Raised over 10K and had a great laugh in the process. I didn't make the inca trail as i was in hospital with a very nasty bought of poisoning. Made the last couple of days up at Machu Picchu. The flights were terrible 36 hr journey out bound and about 40 coming back with stops. |

Well done on the money raised there's definitely no way the mrs would be flying for that long so it looks like it will have to stay a dream Ray

Walmsleys - Are you running 18inch SawTooths? If you are, they look immense! Was thinking about upgrading my 16's for 18's but wasn't sure

These pictures sum up what a Land Rover means to me. Go anywhere, do anything, in any conditions, any time.
The second picture is more about me challenging authority! -note the canoe/sledge on the roof..... They were taken on Stanage Edge in the Peak District (unfortunately downgraded now). Thinking back, was it brave or stupid to be driving a single track, rock covered lane along cliff edge with an inch of ice over everything? -We did make the passengers walk though! Currently rebuilding my stretched 110 (now 122) to personal spec, probably going to be a double cab dropside, but not fully decided yet. So I've started at the front end first! http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic41658.html "Sorry love, don't make me choose between you and my Lanny. You won't like the answer....." |
