Thanks Roy5695 two weeks without my 110 sounds ok if I am away with work but when I am home that would not be good. I have had a lot of nice cars ,vans and refined 4x4's over the years but my defender is the best car I have ever owned so two weeks without it would do me in hahahaha.
Thanks Martin I will drop Ryan a message should he not pick this up Cheers Lee |

Hi Leeroy
Thank you for your post. I note your comments and would advise that the timeframe you are describing does sound excessive. Should you wish for me to confirm the status of the claim in question, I will need to contact your retailer to look into this. I would be grateful if you are able to provide the following information via PM; Your full name Telephone number Email address Vehicle registration Last 6 of VIN Relevant repairing Land Rover retailer I look forward to hearing from you. Regards Ryan |

A quick update with my post.
A big thank you to Ryan from Land rover can't thank him enough. My warranty claim was not held up by Land rover but was held up with the repairing LR franchised dealer. Many Thanks Ryan Lee |

Poor customer service Report post
I have a 2011 110 XS in mint condition and very low mileage. I was cleaning my car (i know) when i noted groups of white spots coming thru the paint work.. I took it into Beadles of Sidcup. i had a month of warranty left so they took photos and sent the claim off... after chasing them up weekly they said that it would not be covered jog on.... After arguing with them the garage offered to contribute to a respray of the roof but only using their workshop at a ridiculous price....(I think i could of had the whole car resprayed for the money they were asking) has any one else experienced this problem and such poor customer relations ? |
