Was there a production fault with your Mantec bumper or are you saying its not as strong as the D44 bumper ?
I'd be very interested to know, as I'm just in the process of ordering a bumper for my Defender and after much reading up on the internet I've opted for the Mantec tappered bumper. From everything I'd read, I'd understood it to be the case that there was "nothing in it" from a strength and quality view point between the Mantec & D44 . . leaving it just down to which one you sort of liked the look of the best ?
Hope someone will tell me if I've got that assumption wrong ? ?
