I have the S1 on mine.
In a word: brilliant Longer version: much smoother in 1st and 2nd - a lot more power across the entire range, noticeable difference in torque and now feels capable of keeping up with modern traffic. I've had cars remapped previously and the Bowler map (BAS) feels the most obvious of any I've had done. I also have the Motorsport exhaust but I doubt this makes a huge difference overall. |

Did Pete develop the map in conjunction with Bowler.
The S1 is 175 BHP which is what i'm looking for |

Another vote for it here... will wheel spin the inside wheels when cornering hard in the dry in third!!
Feels like it would benefit slightly from an inter-cooler upgrade as it pegs it back very slightly in hot temps when having caned it...that could just be me though. |

If you like a bit of bad boy attitude in your agricultural transport, then you need Bowler… The S1 is developed by and cheaper from BAS but less sexy... 2015 110 XS CSW Montalcino Red with Black Pack

Did the S1 remap dramatically effect your insurance? Is the fact that it's Bowler and has some sort of 'official' tie up with LR, beneficial in the eyes of the insurance companies? Cheers

Hi Jayboy
This thread might be worth reading. http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic38594.html That's not a dent, it's a rivet. That's not a dent, it's a rivet. That's not ... oh!
