Fitted a set of 235/85 x 16 Grabber ATs to my 110 (didn't get them from AJS, but would/should have if I'd lived nearer - needed them fitted).
Fantastically quiet and controlled on-road (you'd never know they were an AT noise-wise) once they'd bedded in. Quieter and more assured even than the AT2s I had on my van. Great 'feel'. Drove across a muddy field (not a scientific off-road test, but you can read a mag for that) and this feeling of security wasn't reduced at all! And for those who think they look somehow not as 'butch' as the old AT2s, take it from me, they look plenty chunky enough to please the poseurs! Fantastic tyres - bring on some snow and mud! 2010 110 XS USW (the slow one) 1960 Alfa Romeo Giulietta SZ (the fast one) 2005 Ducati ST3 1954 Sunbeam S8 |
