7.50 R 16 tyres on Freestyle alloys
Can I have some advice please.

Will an Avon 7.50R 16 tyre fit safely on a Freestyle alloy wheel now shod with a 235/85/16 tyre?

The reason I ask is because I have a set of nearly new Avon 7.50R 16 tyres and a set of Freestyles from a 300 Tdi Discovery with worn tyres.

No, not really.

Generally 7.50s should be fitted to 6.5" or 5.5" wide rims.

235s are generally fitted to 6.5" or 7" rims.
