Tdis use more basic oil.
15/W40 semi-synthetic or thereabouts is typical in this country. |

I spent a few happy hours researching this on Sunday. I have just ordered a service kit from Advanced Factors (site sponsor) plus a new alternator belt? The oil is Castrol Magnatec 5w 30 synthetic, with Mahler filters.
Also ordered MTF 94 for gearbox. And lastly Castrol Syntrax from Opie Oils for transfer box and diffs. Looking forward to a few more happy hours changing the fluids! |
